Mr. Bill was an Absolutely Amazing Substitute teacher. The best in the business! I had the pleasure of seeing him pretty daily throughout the years of being a student at Littlestown. Mr. Bills. Kindness, compassion, and pure heart got me through many tough days. He helped me become me again, even when I thought it was impossible. He was always a great support system and role model to many. Mr. Bill would have given you the shirt he was wearing if he could have. He could make you laugh at any given moment but also knew how to give it to you straight and lay down the law when needed. He was an absolute asset and he will be missed dearly. He touched and changed so many lives including mine and I will forever be grateful to have got to know him. My condolences and deepest sympathies go out to the family and friends of Mr.Bill My thoughts and Prayers are with you as well. He will be missed dearly and always be remembered and loved by many!
