Born March 24, 1922 in Moscow Mills, MD, he was the son of the late William Harmon Sr. and Flora (Myers) Harmon. Bill was a high school graduate and served in the Army during WWII. He was a carpenter with the family business, Harmon Brothers Home Builders. Bill is survived by a brother, Raymond Harmon, a sister, Betty Lessner, and many nieces and nephews. Josie moved to the farm in Littlestown when she was two years old. She graduated from Littlestown High School on May 27, 1947 and went to work for Melvin J. Sheffer Farm Equipment that same month.
