Biography: Janet L. Frock, 88, of Hanover, died Friday, April 12, 2024, at her daughter's home in Hanover.  Born Feb 16, 1936 in Hanover, Janet was the daughter of the late George W. & Erma (Merkel) Brumgard.  She was a 1954 Littlestown High School graduate.  Janet was a Dutchmaid representative for 30 years and was also employed at Hill's Department Store of Hanover as a clerk and cashier retiring in July 2000.

Surviving are her children, Jeffrey Frock & Candy of Hanover; Jim Frock & Janet of Cincinnati , OH; Jesse Frock & Penny of Gettysburg and Sharon Frock Leese of Hanover; her 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and her sisters, Linda Brumgard of Hanover and Arlene Lippy of Hanover.  Janet was predeceased  by her daughter, Diane Frock;  her son, Matthew Frock; her grandson, Gregory Gross and her sisters,  Mae Frock and Miriam Runkle.  She attended Cross Winds of Westminster.  She enjoyed gardening and taking care of her lawn, baking pies and was known as "The Pie Lady" and spending time with her family.

Funeral Service is Wednesday, April 17, at 11 A.M. at Little's Funeral Home, Littlestown, with Pastor Melissa Helfer officiating.  Viewing is Wed from 10 -11 A.M. at the funeral home.  Interment is in John Luther Miller Cemetery, Westminster.  In lieu of flowers, memorials in Janet's name may be sent to VNA of Hanover & Spring Grove, 440 N.
