Biography:
Shirley L. Anderson, 76, of Liverpool, died Wed, Jan 3, 2024 at Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill. Born Aug 19, 1947 in Baltimore, Shirley was the daughter of the late Aleck J. & Hallie M. (Hoffman) Anderson. She was a Littlestown High School graduate and received her Masters in education from Shippensburg University. Shirley had taught at Boiling Springs Elementary for 42 years.
Surviving are her daughter, Karen E. Miller & Jonathan Bailey of Liverpool; her granddaughter, Sarah Miller and her brother, Richard A. Anderson of San Antonio, TX. She was predeceased by her brother, Ronald S. Anderson. Shirley was an avid quilter.
Funeral Services are Wed, Jan 10, at 11 A.M. at Little's Funeral Home, Littlestown with The Rev. Joel Hummel officiating. The family will receive friends Wed from 10 - 11 A.M. at the funeral home. Interment is in Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens, Gettysburg. Memorials in Shirley's name may be sent to the charity of one's choice. Online condolences may be shared on www.littlesfh.com.
