Thomas H. Little, 80, of Hanover, died Mon., July 15, at Gettysburg Lutheran Home. He was the widower of Shirley M. (Fryman) Little who died Dec 28, 2009. Born Feb 26, 1933 in Westminster, he was the son of the late James A. & Margaret (Bowers) Little. Tom served in the Army during the Korean Conflict. He was a plumber for Congoleum of Finksburg. Tom is survived by 2 sons: Darrell J. Little, Sr. & wife Elizabeth of Littlestown; Randy T. Little, Sr. & wife Karen of Gettysburg; 7 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; 1 step grandson; 2 brothers: Robert Little, Jr. of Upperco; Earl F. Little of Hanover and a sister, Margaret Eloise Groft of Gettysburg. Tom was predeceased by 2 sons: Ricky L. & Ray A. Little, a sister Nancy Lee Cook; a brother: James W. Little and 2 half sisters: Mary Crigger and Reba Trout. Tom was a member of Calvary Assembly of God, Hanover; a life member of Littlestown V.F.W. and a member of Hanover American Legion. Tom loved hunting, fishing and making quilts. Funeral Service Friday, July 19, at 11 A.M. at Little’s Funeral Home, Littlestown with his pastor, The Rev. Vern Annis officiating. Viewing is 6 – 8 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home. Interment is in Mountain View Cemetery, Harney. Littlestown Allied Veterans Council will conduct military honors at the cemetery.
