Ronald L. Tawney, 77, of Littlestown, died Friday, Dec 26, at his home.  He was the husband of Doris F. (Stewart) Tawney for 30 years.  Born Dec 7, 1937 in Baltimore City, he was the son of the late Roland & Esther (Reisberg) Tawney.  He attended Mildord Mill High School in Baltimore County and served in the Army.  Ron was a heavy equipment operator for H.F. Huber of Baltimore after 15 years of service retiring in 1999.  He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, Freedom Lodge 112 A.F. & A.M.   Surviving in addition to his wife are a son, Bruce L. Spealman & wife, Stacy of Westminster; a daughter, Patti T. Wall & husband, Ron, of Mount Airy; 3 grandchildren:  Christine Cooley & husband, Austin, Dana Bentley & fiance, Matt Ritter and Danielle Spealman ; 2  great grandchildren:  Colton Chancellor and Ieleigh Cooley and a sister, Linda L.
