Rodney A. Brown, 70, died early Tues. A.M., Feb 19, at Carroll Lutheran Village, Westminster. Born Oct 12, 1942 in Hanover, he was the son of the late William E., Jr. & Helen L. (Frock) Brown. He was a high school graduate and a bookkeeper for Shaffer Lumber Co. of Westminster for 25 years.   Surviving is an aunt, Edna E. King and cousins, Glenn R. King and Betty J. King, all of Hanover.   Graveside Service is Thurs., Feb. 21, at 1:30 P.M. at St. Mary's Cemetery, Silver Run with The Rev. Jimmie Schwartz, Chaplain at Carroll Lutheran Village, officiating.
