Robert “Bob” Allen Oaster, 80, from Littlestown, died Sunday, December 8, 2024, at Wellspan York Hospital, York. He was the husband of Deloris (Hensley) Oaster for 59 loving years.

Born May 10, 1944, he was the son of the late Carroll and Helen (Clabaugh) Oaster. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, New Oxford.

In addition to his wife, Bob is survived by his three daughters, Nancy K. Six & husband, Larry Six Jr. of Littlestown, Wendy L. Wagner of Gettysburg, and Kelly O. Slabonik & husband, Luke Slabonik of Harrisburg; one daughter-in-law Pam Barrett of Gastonia, NC; 8 grandchildren, Erika King (husband Owen), Sara Tatman (husband Jamey), Christa Barrett, Jordan Wagner, Brandon Six, Kristin Wagner, Allison Wagner, & Nicole Slabonik; 6 great grandchildren, Mason Stem, Leah Tatman, Colby Tatman, Andrea King, Mia Stem, & Abigail King. Bob is also survived by one sister Susan Paddock & one brother David Oaster and wife Angela, one sister-in-law Janice Oaster, one sister-in-law Kathern Edenloff & one brother-in-law Chub Hensley and wife Janice, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by sister Nancy L. Oaster, brother Ronald J. Oaster, and foster son Frank Barrett.

Bob was a 1962 graduate of Delone Catholic High School, an Army Veteran, a member of the CWV and the Knights of Columbus. Bob adored his wife and family and spending time with them was his greatest joy.

There will be a visitation Saturday December 14, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Little’s Funeral Home in Littlestown, a Memorial Service will follow at 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home with The Rev. Keith Carroll Celebrant.
