Phillip David Buckner II, 59 of Littlestown died Tuesday, September 1, at his home. He was the husband of Wendy Jefferies Buckner of Littlestown. Born August 16, 1956 in Virginia, he was the son of the late Phillip D. and Allene Naomi Ray Buckner. He was a high school and college graduate and served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam Era.  Dave retired from NSA in 2013. He is survived by 2 daughters, Whitney Kramer of Littlestown and Alice Buckner of MD. A son, Chad Boone of Keymar MD; seven grandchildren and a sister Nicki Lane of Clayton SC. Dave loved the outdoors, motorcyles and his family. There will be a memorial service Friday, September 4, at 6:30 at Bethel Assembley of God, 1125 Frederick Pike, Littlestown PA with his pastor, The Rev. Rick Ritenour officiating. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
