Lacy Ray Mills, 86, of Littlestown, passed away Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at Quincy Village, Waynesboro.  He was the loving husband of Patricia (Russell) Mills, Littlestown; together they shared 67 years of marriage.

Born May 14, 1938 in Westfield Township, Surry County, NC, he was the son of the late Lacy Alvin and Vera Ima (Martin) Mills.

While working for Floyd S. Pike Electrical Contractor within the Randallstown, Maryland area, he met his wife Patricia, and they were married on August 15, 1957.  He was a lineman with Baltimore Gas and Electric and retired in May 2000.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son Rev. Russell L. Mills and wife Cynthia, Littlestown; sisters, Faye Haas and Gail Gammons and husband Bobby, all of Mt. Airy, NC; grandchildren, Andrew Mills and wife Nicole, Hanover and Jessica Paulus and husband Nathanael, Manchester, PA and four great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his infant daughter, Dana Raylene Mills and brother Terry Mills.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at 12 Noon at Mount Olivet Cemetery, 725 Baltimore St., Hanover with his son Rev. Russell L. Mills officiating.
