James H. Speelman, 38, of Littlestown, died Wed., May 20, at Gettysburg Hospital.  He was the companion of Melody Ramsburg of Hanover.  Born Oct. 2, 1976 in Gettysburg, James was the son of Linda Speelman of Littlestown, with whom he resided, and James Starner of Dover.   James is also survived by a son, James Robert Ramsburg of Hanover and 2 brothers:  Joseph Starner of Hanover and Michael Starner of Dover.   James liked spending time with his son, J.J.  He liked the Dallas Cowboys, fishing with best friend Mikey Bollinger, snakes, music, houseplants and watching The Animal Planet.   Memorial Service is Sat., May 30, at 11 A.M. at Little’s Funeral Home, Littlestown with The Rev.
