Jacob A. Lefler, 22, of Littlestown, died Fri, March 21, at his home.  Born April 1, 1991 in Hanover, he was the son of Jeffrey A. Lefler and the late Debra L. Lefler who died Aug 14, 2007 and step son of Shari Lefler.   Jake is survived by 2 sisters: Samantha L. Lefler and Anna M. Lefler, both of Littlestown; maternal grandmother:  Katherine Clark; paternal grandparents: Cecil “Kenny” & Rita M. Lefler, all of Littlestown and aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews.  Jake was raised in the Catholic faith.   Viewing is Tues 6 – 8 P.M. at Little’s Funeral Home, Littlestown.  Funeral Service is private and at the convenience of the family.  Memorials in Jake’s name may be sent to:  American Cancer Society, P.O.
