Garrick Andrew Lackey, 21, of Littlestown, died Sat., Nov 23, at Jefferson Regional Medical Center, Jefferson Hills, PA.   He was the  soul mate of Sarah Schumaker of Littlestown.  Born July 30, 1992 in Washington, D.C., he was the son of Richard L. & Pamela R. (Gann) Lackey of Littlestown.  Garrick was a 2010 Littlestown High School graduate and a senior at California University of PA.  He had earned two degrees in Philosophy and Political Science and was finishing his Creative Writing degree.    In addition to his parents, Garrick is survived by maternal grandparents:  Billy & Gladys Gann of Harker Heights, TX; paternal grandparents:  Brenda S. Snider  and Roby Frank Lackey, both of Statesville, NC; a brother, Robert W. Lackey & wife, Lauren of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; 2 sisters:  Marlee A. Lackey of Littlestown; Kimberlee Clapsaddle & husband, Phillip, of Shippensburg and nephew, Nicholas Clapsaddle.  Garrick attended United Methodist Church in California, PA.  He lettered in soccer and was in the marching Blue Band in high school.  He was V.P. of Student Council in college and was a member of the Student Activities Board and a member of the Ultimate Frisbee Club.  Garrick was an Eagle Scout troop 84 and was on the Dean’s List every semester in college.  He was a tissue donor.   Family will receive friends Fri 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 at Bethel Assembly of God, Littlestown.  Funeral Service is Sat 11 A.M. at the church with Pastor Mark Rohnke of Missionary Bible Baptist Church, Hanover and The Rev. Alex Martini of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Littlestown, officiating.
