Fred W Yingling was born on December 11, 1957 and grew up in Union Bridge, MD. As a child Fred liked to spend time playing with his pets, and spending time with his family. Fred went on to enjoy traveling and spending time with friends. Fred was often found with some sort of pet he claimed from opossums to cats and dogs. Fred enjoyed his job at the Carroll County Times. Fred was proceeded in death by his parents Kenneth Yingling and Ruth (Weddle) Yingling and his brother Jeffrey Yingling. Freds brother, Tony Hunter and his sister, Elaine Study are his surviving siblings.
