Eugene A. Pastorek, 86, of Westminster, passed away Friday, May 2, 2025 at home surrounded by his family. He was the loving husband of Phyllis A. (Walbroehl) Pastorek, Westminster; together they shared 55 years of marriage.
Born August 26, 1938 in Tarentum, PA, he was the son of the late John and Josephine (Martonick) Pastorek.
Mr. Pastorek served in the U.S. Army and was a control room operator at the Washington, D.C. Veterans Hospital. He was also a piledriver in the construction industry.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Amy Rose Manca and husband Salvatore, Marriottsville, MD; son, Andrew Pastorek, Hanover, sister, Emily Rucci, Jacksonville, FL; brother, Aloysius Pastorek and wife Mimi, New Kensington, PA and grandchildren, Jacob and Mark Seman and Aisling and Brielle Pastorek.
He was preceded in death by his brothers and sisters, Steve, Frank, John, Joe, Tony, Dorothy and Ann.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at 10:30 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 915 Liberty Rd., Sykesville, MD with Rev. Fr. John Worgul as celebrant. A time to share memories and an opportunity to view will be on Tuesday, May 6, 2025 from 6 to 8 PM at Little’s Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 34 Maple Ave., Littlestown, PA. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hanover, PA.
