Doris M Harn, 87, formerly of Littlestown died Sunday March 1 at Columbia Cottage, Hanover. She was the wife of Ambrose C. Harn Jr. who died in 1970. Born January 19, 1928 in York County, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Bessie Wilhelm Eckenrode. Doris was a 1945 graduate of New Freedom High School. She retired from Golden Visions Community Center of Hanover in 1994. Doris is survived by daughters Cynthia Denisac and husband Robert of Texas and Bonita Taylor and husband Ernest of Rosedale,Md. A son, Ambrose “Buddy” Harn III and wife Linda of Hanover. Grandchildren, Shelley Toner, Tammy Go, Mark Redding, Sandy Keller, Ben Harn and Joanna Russello. Great-Grandchildren, Grace and Alexander Toner, Sadie Bean, Jacob, Jordon and Sophia Go, Megan, Joshua, Madison and Nathan Keller, Cadin and Jensyn Harn and Sonny Russello and numerous step-grandchildren and step great-grandchildren. Doris was predeceased by a daughter-in-law, Sharon L. Harn and sisters Beatrice Kovalak and Viola Innerst. Doris was a member of Fisrt Church of God, Hanover. She loved spending time with family and grandchildren. Funeral service is Thursday at  Little’s Funeral Home, Littlestown with Pastor Dan Thomas officiating. There will be a viewing 1 hour prior to the service. Interment is in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hanover. Contributions have been asked to go to First Church of God, 600 Fairview Dr., Hanover PA 17331.
