Deborah L. Watters, 49, of Hanover, died Tues, Sept 22, at her home. She was the wife of Scott D. Watters for 20 yrs. Born May 1, 1966 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of Sandra (Moyer) Dobry of Westminster and Thomas J. Dobry & wife, Tusha, of Westminster. Deborah was a 1984 Carroll Christian Academy graduate of Wesminster. She was an OR Tech in Baltimore County. Surviving in addition to her husband and parents are 5 children: Amber N. Watters of New Freedom, Adam W. Caslett of Louisville, KY; Ashley M. Watters and twins, Austin J. & Alexis I. Watters, all of Hanover; her 2 sisters; Kelly D. Lee of Westminster, Lisa D. Cole & husband, Scott, of Finksburg; her niece, Deanna W. Dobry and her nephew, Daniel S. Keller. Deborah was a member of Hanover Seventh Day Adventist Church where she was active in their Youth Group. She was also a big sports cheerleader for her children. Memorial Service is Sunday, Sept 27, at 1 P.M. at her church with Pastor Bryan Laue officiating. There will be no viewing.
