Clara L. (Clark) Capella, 98, of Chambersburg died late Saturday, March 14, at the Penn Hall Nursing Center, Chambersburg. She was the wife of Arthur A. Capella who died April 21, 2012. Born January 30, 1917 in NYC, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Linda (Henrickson) Clark. Clara was a High School Graduate and prior to motherhood was a secretary on Wall Street on the New York Stock Exchange. She is survived by daughters, Virginia L Oneto and husband Paul of Martinsburg, WV and Linda L. LaBarre and husband James of Littlestown; her son, Frederick C. Capella and wife Barbara of Hilton Head, SC; 9 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Clara was predeceased by her brother, Charles E. Clark, who was killed in WWII. Clara loved to cook French and Italian food, loved to read and travel with her late husband. Funeral Service is Thursday, March 19, at 11 A.M. at Little’s Funeral Home, Littlestown with The Rev. Alex Martini of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Littlestown, officiating. Viewing is Wednesday 6-8 P.M. at the Funeral Home. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hanover.
