Bertie M. Erb, 71, of Westminster, died Wed., March 25, at The Dove House, Westminster.  She was the wife of Russell J. Erb for 43 years.  Born January 1, 1944 in Hanover, she was the daughter of the late Irving & Myrtle (Reaver) Harman.  Bertie was a homemaker.    Surviving in addition to her husband are a daughter, Shirley M. Baer of York; 2 sons:  James W. Erb and Bobby J. Erb, both of Westminster and a granddaughter, Kierstin Baer.   Funeral Service is private with The Rev. Timothy J.
