Arthur H. Fletcher, 81, formerly of Baltimore, died Wed., Nov 6, at his home in Littlestown.  He was the husband of Lynn (Livington) Fletcher.  Born July 8, 1938 in Winchester, VA, he was the son of the late Walter O. & Susie (Buckwalter) Fletcher.  Arthur served in the Air Force during the Korean Conflict.  He was  retired from Westinghouse of Baltimore since 1992 after 37 years of employment.   Surviving in addition to his wife,  are 3 daughters:  Lois E. Begly & husband, Kenny, of Union Mills, MD; Tracie Lynn Fabre & husband, Alex, of McSherrystown and Tanya S. Weber & husband, Mark, of Littlestown; 10 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild and sister, Juanita Bosley of Pasadena, MD.  Arthur was predeceased by brother, Julian Fletcher.  He was a member of Bethel Assembly of God, Littlestown.  Arthur loved his God, his country and his family.   Funeral Service is Monday at 11 A.M. at his church with his minister, The Rev. Garry Sheaffer officiating.  The family will receive friends 9:30 – 11 A.M.
