Anna “Marie” Kelley, 100, of Littlestown, passed away Sunday, November 9, 2025 at the Pappus House. Thomasville, PA. She was the loving wife of Raymond “Bubby” Albert Kelley who passed away on August 29, 1996.
She was born June 3, 1925 in Burkittsville, MD, the daughter of the late Ralph Elmer and Bertha Florence (Minnick) Bere. Raised by Mary Mae Minnick of Ellicott City, MD.
Marie was a quality control inspector with Maryland Cup, Reisterstown, MD and was a member of Emory United Methodist Church, Ellicott City, MD. She enjoyed reading, playing bingo and all games.
She is survived by her daughter, Mary Lou Moore, Littlestown, PA; brother, George Albert Bere, Taneytown, MD; grandson, Albert J. “Jim” Kappes, IV (Christina) and great grandsons, Joey, Jake and Josh Kappes.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her sister, Hilda Oates, brother, Floyd Bere and grandson, Michael “Mickey” Raymond Kappes.
A service will be held at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens, 200 East Padonia Road, Timonium, MD 21093 on Friday, November 21, 2025 at 11AM.
