Biography: Ida J. Rohrer, 78 of Hanover died Friday March 1, 2024 at UPMC Hanover Hospital. She was the wife of Gene Roher, who died January 21, 2021. Born August 24, 1945 in Emmitsburg, MD, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Fonzey Fitz Glacken. Ida had worked for Sylvania Shoe, Clair's Restaurant and the Famous Hot Weiner. Surviving are her four daughters, Diane Winand of Littlestown, Barbara Bankert of Hanover, Brenda Sample of Glenville and Sherry Null of Hanover. Her six grandchildren, Thomas Krichten of Glenville , Nicole Sample, Haley Null, Tucker Null, Hunter Null and Cody Null all of Hanover. Her 5 great grandchildren, Blake Krichten, Lane Mills, Lexi Mills, Rose Hughes, Violet Hughes all of Hanover and her brother, Donald Glacken of Biglerville.
