Biography:
Marion E. Shanebrook, 102, of Littlestown, died early Monday A.M., July 9, at Martin’s Home Care of Littlestown. She was the widow of Lake A. Shanebrook. Born Oct 2, 1915 in Littlestown, Marion was the daughter of the late Thomas J. & Emma A. (Bowman) Rider. She was a high school graduate and was retired from Windsor Shoe, Littlestown, since 1977.
Surviving are her daughter, Ellen L. Baugher of Littlestown; her 8 grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren; her 14 great grandchildren, 9 great, great grandchildren and her sister, Anna Louise Morelock of Littlestown. Marion was predeceased by her daughter, Barbara A. Moose who died in 2016.
Graveside Memorial Service is Monday, July 23, at 10 A.M. at Mount Carmel Cemetery, Littlestown, with The Rev. Sterling Fritz of Redeemer’s UCC, Littlestown, officiating. There will be no Viewing. Memorials in Marion’s name may be made to one’s favorite charity. Online condolences may be shared on www.littlesfh.com

We we're blessed to have Marion in our facility. She will be greatly missed by our staff and her friends at Martin's Care Home. Our sympathy is extended to all her family. Rest in peace dear friend.

We are saddened to hear of the passing of Marion. Our mother lives at Martin's with Marion & we enjoyed staying "Hi" to her on our visits. She was blessed with with a long life & will be missed.
