Biography:
Barbara L. McLaren, 72, of Littlestown, died Tues, Dec 26, at her home. She was the wife of Lonnie R. McLaren for 53 yrs. Born January 3, 1945 in Baltimore County, she was the daughter of the late William & Elsie (Meinl) Morris. Barb was a Millford Mill High School graduate and was retired from Center Park Orthodontist as a dental hygienist in Columbia, MD.
Surviving in addition to her husband are her sons: John W. McLaren of Littlestown and Heath B. McLaren of Westminster and her 4 grandchildren. She was predeceased by her granddaughter, Emily. Barb enjoyed camping, riding motorcycles, movies and spending time with family.
Funeral Service is Saturday, Dec 30, at 11 A.M. at Little’s Funeral Home, Littlestown with The Rev. Craig Arentz officiating. Viewing is Friday, Dec 29, at the funeral home from 6 – 8 P.M. Interment will be private. Contributions in Barbara’s name may be sent to the charity of one’s choice. Online condolences may be shared on www.littlesfh.com.

Barb you were a shining star in the darkness.A blessing to all who new you. Always smiling even on your worse days. You had a loving caring husband "Lonnie", who worshipped the ground you walked on. He was devoted to you beyond belief. The world was a better place with you in it and we are better people for knowing you. It was a pleasure. God Bless You and Lonnie. Love you
