Biography:
David W. Hawk, 56, of Littlestown, died Saturday, Sept 9, at York Hospital. Born Dec 2, 1960 in Gettysburg, he was the son of the late William N. Hawk, Sr. & Arlene F. (Toms) Hawk Helm of Littlestown. David was a 1978 Francis Scott Key graduate and was formerly employed with Worthington Pump of Taneytown.
Surviving in addition to his mother is his son, John D. Hawk of Littlestown; his brothers: William N. Hawk, Jr. & Sandy of Taneytown, Terry L. Hawk of Gettysburg, James Helm, Jr. & Debbie of Thomasville, Jon Helm & Shelly of Gettysburg; and his 2 sisters: Deborah A. Hawk of Hanover and Jill Trostle of Littlestown. David was predeceased by his step father, James Helm, Sr. He was a member of Bethel Assembly of God and the F.O.E., both of Littlestown. He was an avid bowler and loved being with his family.
Memorial Service is Friday, Sept 15, at Bethel Assembly of God, Littlestown with The Rev. Richard Ritenour officiating. Visitation is 10 - 11 A.M. Friday at the church.
