Biography:
Paul L. Dehoff, Jr., 78, of Taneytown, died Wed, Sept 6, at Hanover Hospital. He was the husband of Mildred (Koontz) Dehoff for 57 years. Born Oct 11, 1938 in Silver Run, Paul was the son of the late Paul L., Sr. & Della (Strevig) Dehoff. He was a 1956 Westminster High School graduate and was retired in 2003 from Modern Comfort Systems of Westminster.
Surviving in addition to his wife are his daughters, Wanda L. Smith and Linda L. Strack, both of Taneytown; his son Brian P. Dehoff & wife, Marci, of Rohrersville, MD; his 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; his brother Clair Dehoff of East Berlin and his sister Sandy Duttera of Westminster. Paul was predeceased by his sister Nadine Leatherman and his brother Wayne Dehoff. He was a member of St. Mary’s UCC, Silver Run. Paul loved the Red Sox, the Ravens and being with his family. He was a great father and grandfather.
Funeral Service is Tues, Sept 12, at 11 A.M. at his church with The Rev. Eric T. Marsteller officiating. Viewing is Monday 6 – 8 P.M. at the church. Interment is in the church cemetery.
