Biography: Harry J. Rifkin, 74, formerly of Owings Mills, died Mon, July 24, @ The Meadows at Gettysburg. Born Sept 19, 1942 in Baltimore City, Harry was the son of the late Robert & Rose (Lotito) Rifkin. He was a high school graduate and served in the army during the Vietnam Era. He was a butcher at Sam's Club.
Surviving is his daughter, Kendra Sanner of Hanover; his brother and other relatives.
Memorial Service is Tues, Aug 1, at 10 A.M. at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church, Baltimore with The Rev. Bernard P. Carman, S.A.C., officiating. Private inurnment will be in Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery, Baltimore. Online condolences may be shared on www.littlesfh.com.
