Biography: Patricia C. Welch, 62 of Littlestown died Saturday February 4 at her home. She was the wife of David L. Welch of Littlestown. Born December 24, 1954 in Baltimore city, she was the daughter of Francis J. and Patricia Gardner Clark. Pat was a convenience store manager. Services will be private.
