Biography:
Edward L. Crouse, Sr., 75, of Littlestown, died Mon, Jan 2, at his home. Born Nov 24, 1941 in Littlestown, he was the son of the late Jack & Ruth (Halter) Crouse. Ed was the companion of Helen Stockslager of Littlestown. He attended Littlestown High School and was a self-employed contractor retiring in 2011.
Surviving are his 2 sons, Michael L. Crouse & Joanne of Hanover; Edward L. Crouse, Jr. & Sharon of Littlestown; his daughter, Penny A. Emig & Rick of Gettysburg; his 6 grandchildren; his 6 great grandchildren and his 2 brothers: Charles Crouse of Spring Grove and Jack Crouse, II of Wayesboro, VA. Ed was predeceased by his sister, Susan Bowers and his 2 brothers: Richard & Robert Crouse. He was a life member of Camp White Deer of Potter County and a Littlestown FOE member. Ed was an avid hunter and fisherman.
Funeral Service is Sat, Jan 7, at 11:30 A.M. at Little’s Funeral Home, Littlestown with The Rev. Sterling Fritz of Redeemer’s UCC, Littlestown, officiating. Viewing is Sat 10 – 11:30 A.M. at the funeral home. Inurnment will be private and at the convenience of the family. Online condolences may be shared on www.littlesfh.com
