Barb touched so many lives at Homewood. It was an honor to know her. Words cannot express how much she will be missed. She brought a smile to my face everday that I saw her, she was always quick witted and full of life. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

My favorite memory of Aunt Barb was when she won the day with Cal Ripken! It could not have happened to a bigger fan. Our prayers are with her family.

Kap, Walt, Andy, Lee and all the grandkids, we mourn your loss. Aunt Barb was the "baby Babington", the delightful surprise to a family of two sisters. She was the recipient of a special doll from my dad during the war, a junior bridesmaid in my parents wedding, the bride of our hunk of an uncle when she married your dad. We loved her spunk and she always had room for more kids including nieces and nephew. I remember her saying that someday she would be able to dress up for New Years Eve in something besides a maternity dress! You "kids" filled her life with joy. And now we are the older generation with memories and examples of how to live a grateful life. Blessings and love to each of you. Di

Our deepest sympathies to the Kelch family. Barb was an awesome lady and I loved "working" with her during our CCA years. She was a true friend in the deepest sense of the word. Loyal, compassionate, funny, sarcastic and fiercely patriotic. She loved our country and our troops. I didn't know where she was living and now regret that I didn't press the issue. The last time I saw her was in the parking lot at Giant with Kathy. Selfishly, my heart is breaking that I lost such a good friend. Know that Barb is now an angel in Heaven, basking in the Light of God. And if she has her way, the O's will play year round and win the Series every year! God Bless You all at this difficult time.

Our sympathies to the Kelch family. Barb was greatly missed when she left the Red Cross. I missed our times comparing Ellicott City and Elkridge. We Balmur girls stuck together. I'll miss you friend!
