Biography:

Harold C. Zepp, 70, of Westminster, died Sat., Aug 15, at Carroll Hospital Center.  He was the husband of Margaret C. (Blank) Zepp for 47 yrs.  Born Jan 2, 1945 in Baltimore, Harold was the son of the late Nelson & Beatrice (Stonesifer) Zepp.  He was employed with B.F. Shriver Co and R.D. Bowman before retiring from Carroll County Government Grounds & Maintenance in 2009.
 
Surviving in addition to his wife are his daughter, Tracey Cogar & husband, David of Westminster; his son Wesley Zepp & companion Shari of Hanover; his stepdaughter Vickie Baumgardner of Littlestown; 6 grandchildren:  Ashley Esworthy, Scott Cogar, Cody & Lindsey Walkling, Amanda & Bailie Zepp; and 2 brothers:  Donald Zepp of Westminster and George Zepp of Sykesville.  Harold was predeceased by his sister, Helen Stonesifer and 2 brothers:  Leslie & Lavere Zepp.  He was a member of Littlestown FOE and loved mowing grass, loved his F350 Truck that was known as his big dog, drinking coffee and spending time with family.
 
Funeral Service is Wed, Aug 19, at 11 A.M. at Little’s Funeral Home, Littlestown with The Rev. Garry Sheaffer officiating.  Viewings are Tues 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 at the funeral  home.  Interment is in John Luther Miller Cemetery, Westminster.  Contributions in Harold’s name may be sent to one’s favorite charity.  Online condolences may be shared on www.littlesfh.com.

Harold, you were such a good friend. I know we have not seen each other since Christmas, but you will be missed very much. It was a pleasure working with you and being your friend. My condolences and prayers to your family. Always remember your husband, father and grand-pap was a special person and was liked and loved by a lot of people. He will be watching over you from above. My prayers to you all.
