Biography: Linda L. Myers, 65, of Gettysburg, entered into God's eternal care Thurs, Aug 29, at York Memorial Select Specialty Hospital.  She was the wife of Steven L. Myers for 46 years.  Born May 18, 1959 in Manassas, VA, Linda was the daughter of the late Clarence A., III and Martha (Wienke) Lombard Cool.  She was a Littlestown High School graduate and had been a manager in local retail stores -  Festival Foods of Gettysburg, High's of Bonneauville, and had also been employed with Carter's in the Gettysburg Outlets and Adams County Christian Academy of Gettysburg.

Surviving In addition to her husband are her children, Angela Lex of Gettysburg, Melissa Bennett of McSherrystown and Mikayla Myers of Westminster; her grandchildren, Taylor Lex, Kayleigh Lex, Hunter Null, Dakota Null, Ryan Null, Aiden Irvin, Serenity Myers and great grandson, Greyson Lex; her sister, Tammy Atkins of Auburndale, FL and her brothers, Clarence Lombard IV of Marysville, Gordon Lombard of Bonneauville and Chris Lombard of Kingsland, GA.  She was a member of Bethel Mennonite Church of Gettysburg where she taught Sunday School.  She had been a member of the Pioneer Club of First Baptist Church, Gettysburg,. Linda enjoyed spending time in her yard planting flowers, sewing, writing poetry, shopping, reading and found great joy spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Memorial Service is Saturday, Sept 28, at 11 A.M. at Bethel Mennonite Church, Gettysburg, with Pastors Dale & Jenny Brown officiating.  The family will receive friends from 10-11 A.M. at Church on Saturday. In lieu of flowers, contributions have been asked to go to Bethel Mennonite Church, 2335 Biglerville Rd, Gettysburg Pa. 17325. There will be a celebration of life after the service.
